What is and is not charged
Plan fees are billed in CAD on the 1st of every month. There are no performance fees, no spread mark-ups and no charges from us when you deposit or withdraw — your exchange's own fees apply as they always do. You can change tier or pause your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
Frequently asked plan questions
Can I try the platform before paying?
Yes. The Starter tier is free forever and lets you run one live bot end-to-end. Most new members start there and only upgrade when they need more bots running in parallel.
Do you charge a percentage of profits?
No. The fee structure is a flat monthly subscription in CAD. Whatever the bots earn on your exchange is yours to keep.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and receive 12 — the equivalent of a two-month discount. Annual billing is selectable from inside the dashboard once your account is verified.
