Who we are

What we collect
- Identity data — name, date of birth, government ID, country of residence (required for KYC).
- Contact data — email and phone number.
- Account security data — password hash, two-factor secret, login device fingerprints.
- Exchange API metadata — encrypted API keys; we never collect the contents of your wallet beyond what is needed to display balances.
- Usage data — pages visited and bot configurations, used to improve the product.
How we use it
To verify your identity, secure your account, place orders on your behalf and notify you of bot events. We also send occasional product updates which you can opt out of in one click.
Who we share it with
Identity data goes to our regulated KYC vendor only for the purpose of verification. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be shared with our service providers (such as cloud and email infrastructure). We do not sell personal data.
How long we retain it
While your account is active and for the period required by Canadian record-keeping rules after closure. You may request deletion of optional data at any time.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law you may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to fight fraud. Analytics cookies are loaded only after consent.
Children
The service is intended for adults eighteen years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least thirty days before they take effect.
